Mentor’s Academy is an established and popular tutoring company and private school. We serve students from grade 1 all the way to the post-secondary level. We now seek a full-time, permanent Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be paid $34.07 an hour and will perform the following duties:
1) Prepare and review correspondence, invoices, reports and presentations;
2) Answer telephone calls, fax and emails and relay messages;
3) Meet with customers;
4) Schedule appointments;
5) Set up and maintain filing systems;
6) Receive and distribute regular and electronic mail;
7) Implement office procedures;
8) Record and prepare minutes of meetings;
9) Prepare financial statements;
10) Order supplies and maintain inventory;
11) General office work;
12) May supervise and train staff.
The work location is 115 Lebovic Ave., Suites 3 & 4, Toronto, ON, M1L 0H2.
