Accounts Payable Analyst Full Time TradPO

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and maintain accurate records
• Resolve discrepancies and issues related to invoices and payments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve payment-related inquiries
• Assist in managing cash flow by monitoring vendor payments
• Prepare and analyze accounts payable reports to support financial decision-making.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency of the accounts payable function

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Accounting or a related field
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and accounting principles
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
