Experience and Skills Required: At least 2 – 3 years experience as an Accounting Bookkeeper.
Must be accurate, reliable, attention to detail and possess good judgment.
Knowledge and experience in using MS Office, and different types of accounting software such as Quick Books, Simply Accounting and related bachelor’s degree.
Job Duties: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems, Maintain general ledgers and financial statements, Post journal entries, Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports, Prepare tax returns, Prepare the trial balance of books, Reconcile accounts
Wages: Starting at $27 per hour; working 32 to 40 hours per week (days, Evenings)
