Triple M Solutions Inc, located in Stoney Creek, Ontario, requires an experienced full-time Accounting Bookkeeper.
College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years required as education.
Experience and Skills Required: At least 1 – 2 years experience as an Accounting Bookkeeper.
Must be able to work under pressure, ability to work independently, pay attention to detail, repetitive tasks, meeting tight deadlines.
Computer and technology knowledge in MS Excel, Power Point, Windows, Word, Quick Books, Simply Accounting and Spreadsheet also an asset.
Job Duties: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll; keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems; Maintain general ledgers and financial statements; prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports; prepare tax returns; prepare the trial balance of books, Reconcile accounts.
Wages: Starting at $34.50 per hour, based on experience; working 40 hours per week (days, mornings and evenings).
